We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Geriatric Care to lead our luxury care home in providing exceptional care and services to our residents.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in nursing care home management, with a focus on elderly and dementia care. They will possess a genuine passion for the wellbeing of our residents and staff, as well as clinical expertise and a strong understanding of CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Lead a team of carers and support staff to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Monitor and maintain good overall CQC ratings
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
