Travel Money Specialist

Are you passionate about helping customers achieve their travel goals? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a love for numbers? We're looking for a Travel Money Specialist to join our team at Travelex
As a Travel Money Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, and delivering on key performance goals. You'll work closely with our retail customers to understand their travel and currency requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements
- Establish yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor, providing support and advice on great Travelex products and services
- Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver on key performance goals both procedural, operational and customer focused
- Utilise your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
- Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures
