This is a permanent contract position working on a full-time basis. As a key member of our Slough & Langley team, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality training and education to our apprentices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of apprentices, providing guidance and support throughout their programme.">
  • Develop and deliver training programmes for electrical apprentices, ensuring they meet industry standards and expectations.">
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of training and education services.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.">
  • Experience in teaching or training adults, particularly in the electrical sector.">
