Talent Management Assistant:
Expert Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Talent Management Assistant to join its dynamic team. Based in Northern Ireland, this exciting new role offers an opportunity to work with one of the region's top-tier Main Contractors. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in administering the human resource function.

About the Role:
We are looking for an individual with a passion for HR and a talent for talent management. You will assist with day-to-day human resources and learning and development administration, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services. You will also administer training requirements, update and maintain all HR records, and coordinate the digital transformation of HR information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day human resources and learning and development administration
• Administer training requirements
• Update and maintain all HR records
• Coordinate digital transformation of HR information
• Complete regular reporting
• Maintain regular contact with employees

Qualifications / Attainments:
• Third-level degree in a business or related discipline
• Degree classification of 2:1 or higher
• At least one year of employment experience
• Knowledge of current employment legislation
