Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans, provide emotional support, and facilitate access to community resources. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably those with autism or learning difficulties.

A strong understanding of autism and its effects on daily life is crucial for this position. You must also hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent, and be registered with the NISCC or willing to register on appointment.

The salary for this position is £12,970 per annum, along with additional benefits like a contributory pension scheme, generous holiday entitlements, and an employee assistance programme.
