As a Mental Health Transport Assistant with Secure Care UK Ltd, you will be working alongside a highly skilled and dedicated team to provide safe and compassionate transportation services to patients in need.

Working in this field can be incredibly fulfilling, as it allows you to build positive relationships with patients and make a lasting impact on their lives. While previous experience may be beneficial, it is not essential, as full bespoke accredited training will be provided by our experienced trainers. This means that you can develop your skills and confidence in a supportive and structured environment.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to remain calm under pressure. They will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,593.80 per annum, plus shift pay enhancements for call-in or overtime shifts. Our comprehensive training program includes Patient Care, De-Escalation Techniques, Physical Intervention, and Handcuff Training, ensuring that you have all the skills and knowledge you need to excel in this role.
