Become part of our dynamic team as a Senior Clinical Care Coordinator at the Healthcare Ireland Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our bank contract, working in a night shift role.
Job OverviewWe are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents and their families. As a Senior Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing shifts, ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents and staff. Your leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams will be essential in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans tailored to individual needs.
This challenging yet rewarding role requires a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering person-centred care. You will support the management of shifts, supervising care staff and new recruits, while maintaining effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care to residents
- Assess and monitor physical health within care plans
- Support and supervise care staff or new recruits
- Ensure effective communication of concerns relating to resident care
- Comply with regulatory requirements
- Undertake additional duties designated by the Home Manager
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within the organisation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid annual leave, four-weekly pay, and continuous training.
Requirements:- A valid UK NMC pin
- Minimum 6 months nursing experience
- The right to work in the UK
- Ability to work independently and supervise a team
- Good written and oral English skills
