Part-time ER Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ER/HR Consultant to join our team at THE RECRUITMENT DUO. As a key member of our consultancy, you will work closely with clients across various sectors, providing expert HR advice and guidance on Employment Law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality HR and Employment Law advice to clients, focusing on areas such as disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, absence management, and redundancy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive positive workplace cultures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Employment Legislation and share knowledge with clients through policy reviews, training, and materials updates.
  • Take a flexible approach, undertaking administrative tasks as required and demonstrating a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in ER or HR consulting, delivering practical HR and Employment Law advice (or equivalent experience as an HR Interim, Consultant, or from a similar HR and Employment Law service provider).
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Employment Law and experience in managing complex Employee Relations casework.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to understand clients' needs and collaborate on practical solutions within the parameters of current Employment Legislation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter, able to work proactively with minimal supervision and thrive in smaller business environments.
  • Ideal CIPD Level 5 minimum.
