Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Engineer to join our team at EH20 Group. As a Compliance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company adheres to industry standards, client design guidelines, and in-house policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Manager and Project Managers to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of design projects.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and assist the wider team in continuously improving them.
  • Work with both Design and Build teams to ensure projects are successfully transitioned from Design to Build phase with minimal issues or problems.
  • Manage daily tasks to ensure all dependencies are cleared efficiently.
  • Report progress to Design Managers and other interested parties on specific project activities.
  • Provide feedback to Senior Managers to assist them in identifying areas for improvement.
  • Flag potential issues that could lead to slippage in project progress.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on individual activity progress.
  • Assist the wider team in ensuring forecasted deadlines can be met.
  • Review colleague work to identify compliance issues.
  • Develop and improve compliance management processes with the Compliance Manager.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Engineer.
  • Ability to understand and manage priorities.
  • Computer literacy, competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
  • A business acumen partnered with a dedication to compliance.
  • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
  • An analytical mind able to identify complexities in procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience with ISO 9001 Quality.
