Role Overview

Eight Versa is seeking a highly skilled Building Performance Specialist to join our London office. As a key member of our Building LCA team, you will be responsible for delivering sustainability strategies and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of sustainability strategies and services, including BREEAM LCA, BREEAM LCC, Whole Life Carbon, Pre Demolition Audit, Operational Waste Management Plan, etc.
Perform detailed calculations to find material flows, greenhouse gas emissions footprints, and other environmental metrics as required.
Consult clients to determine expectations and achieve key deliverables.
Promote and engage commercial clients on the merits of LCA and circular economy principles.

Requirements
A degree in a relevant field such as construction, engineering, or architecture.
Knowledge of the relevant ISO Standards, GHG footprinting, and Product Category Rules (PCR).
Familiarity with using various LCA software such as eTool, OneClick LCA, or OpenLCA.
