Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a comprehensive People Strategy for a growing UK-based team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic planning and talent management;
  • Developing and implementing learning and development initiatives aligned with the 2025 plan;
  • Leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and driving the implementation of a DE&I action plan;
  • Collaborating with internal communications to support global engagement survey action plans;
  • Managing the HR lifecycle for 60 UK-based employees and ensuring smooth coordination with the UK HR team and shared services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in UK HR operations, including managing the employee lifecycle. Strong project management skills and a proactive approach are essential for driving HR initiatives. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices is also required.
