Job Title: Specialist Children and Family Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Children and Family Worker to join our team. As a Specialist Children and Family Worker, you will be working closely with families to build strong relationships and promote positive change.

About the Role:
  • Work with families to identify and address complex needs
  • Provide practical and specialist advice to families
  • Manage your own caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless support for families
  • Operate flexibly to meet the needs of families, including working out of normal office hours
About You:
  • Significant experience of working with children and families with multiple and complex needs
  • Effective communication skills with a range of children, families, and professionals
  • Ability to keep records and complete assessments in a professional manner
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel throughout Braintree and Witham in Mid Essex
