Job Description:

We are partnering with a major construction organisation to recruit a Quantity Surveyor who will be part of a dynamic project management team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of quantity surveying principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  1. Facilitate the preparation and submission of sales data to support operations delivery.
  2. Respond to client enquiries related to sales, working closely with the finance department as required.
  3. Develop and present accurate and timely estimates for work-in-progress, incorporating accrued revenue and cost liabilities.
  4. Apply knowledge of the National Schedule of Rates to create account measurements.
  5. Promote effective communication by providing clear and concise valuations and supporting documentation to clients.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:
  • HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building services and commercial management principles.
  • Proven experience in a QS role, including account billing and work-in-progress calculations.
