Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Specification Sales Manager to promote our range of roofing and waterproofing systems in the North Manchester area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with architects, main contractors, and approved roofing contractors to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Promote felt roofing, green roofing systems, bitumen membranes, hot melt roofing, cold liquid applied waterproofing, waterproof roof coatings, single ply, structural waterproofing in the North Manchester area
- Win specifications with architects, as well as deal with main contractors and approved roofing contractors
- Inherit a significant project bank to help achieve next year's sales target
- Focusing on new build projects such as commercial projects, schools, public buildings, factories, blocks of flats
We offer a competitive salary package of £80,000-£85,000 uncapped OTE, plus fully expensed hybrid or electric car & full benefits. You will also receive product training to support your success in this role.
