Job Brief:

We are looking for a skilled Assessor and Tutor Specialist to join our team at Able Personnel. As an expert in health and social care, you will be responsible for teaching and assessing learners on level 1 and 2 qualifications, developing training programs, and providing individualized support to learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching health and social care level 1 and 2 qualifications
  • Developing, maintaining, and monitoring training programs
  • Providing one-to-one support and guidance to learners, including those with special education needs

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification such as PTLLS, CertED, or equivalent, or an NVQ Diploma or Degree in health and social care
  • Assessing qualifications such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32/D33 desirable but not essential

  • Salary: approximately GBP17,400 per annum (based on 22.5 hours per week, 42 weeks per year)
