Job Title: Assessor Coach for Retail Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Assessor Coach to join our team in London, supporting learners working towards Retail Apprenticeships (New Standards) up to Level 4.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for learning and development to transition into a rewarding career as an Assessor Coach. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners, delivering training and support, conducting online and face-to-face observations, and managing your diary efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and support learners working towards Retail Apprenticeships (New Standards) up to Level 4.
  • Deliver training and support to learners undertaking Functional Skills – Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
  • Conduct online and face-to-face observations of learners to gather evidence towards their qualifications.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs.
  • Meet Assessor KPIs regarding timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience within Retail at the Management level, be confident to support learners with Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT, and be happy to undertake the Assessor award. A full salary review will be provided upon achieving the Level 4 Assessor Coach qualification. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including holiday entitlement, mileage, pension, and a company car after probation.
