Customer Service Vocational Skills Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Vocational Skills Specialist to join our team at Twin Employment & Training Ltd.

About the Role:

This key position involves engaging with learners across various locations, delivering both online and face-to-face sessions in customer service and vocational skills.

Flexible Delivery:

  • You will work closely with our quality assurance team to ensure exceptional teaching standards.
  • Collaborate to drive continuous improvement initiatives in AEB contract delivery, further enhancing our services.

Key Qualifications:

  • A recognized teaching qualification, such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), is essential.
  • Hold a minimum L3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent teaching certification.
  • Assessing qualifications like CAVA, TAQA, or equivalent are also required.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Contract Details:

  • Permanent full-time position
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
  • Hybrid work environment with face-to-face delivery and travel to surrounding areas daily

Essential Requirements:

All successful candidates will be required to complete a one-hour online safeguarding training prior to commencing employment.
