Scenic Workshop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scenic Workshop Manager to join our team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our Staging and Set department, you will be responsible for leading our scenic workshop team and overseeing the production of sets for our theatre productions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the scenic workshop team to ensure efficient and effective production of sets
- Oversee the design, construction, and installation of sets for our theatre productions
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop and implement set designs that meet our artistic vision
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure timely and within-budget completion of set projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our production team, suppliers, and contractors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in scenic production and management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of theatre production processes and procedures
