About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Select Wakefield. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer care and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inform and consult with customers on vehicle servicing and maintenance
  • Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure timely vehicle readiness
  • Provide expert advice on our products and services to customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

About You

We welcome applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress. As a Service Advisor, you will receive comprehensive training through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses. Ideally, you will possess excellent organisational and administrative skills, good attention to detail, and a strong customer service background.
