* Greet customers, discuss, identify, and progress routine service and repair requirements
* Make outbound calls to keep customers up to date with the status of their vehicles
* Ensure that any delay is reported to the customer
* Accurately cost all invoices for payment
* Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of experience in a dealership service department
* Ability to use Pinnacle
* Excellent customer service skills
* Well-presented
