Complex Mental Health Worker
SeeAbility is seeking a skilled Care and Support Specialist to join our team. As a Complex Mental Health Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others, while developing your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will be part of a dedicated team, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans. Your expertise will be utilized to assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, laundry, meal preparation, and medication administration. You will also work collaboratively with the team to identify and address any concerns or issues, ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in mental health, with experience in supporting individuals with complex needs. You will be calm, patient, and non-judgmental, with a consistent approach to supporting individuals who may present challenging behaviors. You will also be proactive in identifying and addressing any concerns or issues, working collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,400 per annum, plus benefits. Our package includes 28 days holiday (increasing to 36 days with long service), life events leave, flexible working, and access to training and development opportunities. Salary: £12.00 per hour (£23,400 per annum)
Location: Redhill, Surrey RH1 4EA
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, between 7:30am and 10:30pm
