Deputy Houseparent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deputy Houseparent at Cheltenham Ladies' College. As a Deputy Houseparent, you will play a vital role in providing a strong support network for our pupils, ensuring their wellbeing and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional pastoral care
  • Mentor and support pupils in the house, promoting their personal and academic growth
  • Deputise for the Houseparent in their absence, ensuring the smooth running of the house
  • Coordinate and prioritise work schedules, delegating effectively to the team
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative skills and ability to develop effective working relationships
  • Academic background desirable
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
