Deputy Houseparent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deputy Houseparent at Cheltenham Ladies' College.

About the Role

As a Deputy Houseparent, you will play a vital role in providing a strong support network for our pupils, working closely with the Houseparent and other members of the pastoral care team.

You will be responsible for supervising, encouraging, and motivating staff, as well as mentoring and supporting pupils in the house.

Excellent administrative skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deputise for the Houseparent in their absence
  • Assist in the smooth running of the House
  • Coordinate and prioritise work schedules
  • Delegate effectively to the team
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a strong academic background and excellent communication skills.

Experience in a similar role or a related field would be advantageous.
