We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deputy Houseparent in our Sixth Form Boarding House.
About the RoleAs a Deputy Houseparent, you will play a key role in providing a strong support network for our pupils, working closely with the Houseparent and other members of the pastoral care team.
You will be responsible for supervising, encouraging, and motivating staff, as well as mentoring and supporting pupils in the house.
In the absence of the Houseparent, you will deputise and be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the House, coordinating and prioritising work schedules, and delegating effectively to the team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support staff in the house

- Deputise for the Houseparent in their absence
- Assist in the smooth running of the House

To be considered for this role, you will need to have excellent administrative skills, the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships, and an academic background is desirable.
You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a close-knit community, with a strong focus on pastoral care and support.
