We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy Houseparent in our Sixth Form Boarding House. As a key member of our pastoral care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing and development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor students in the house, promoting a positive and supportive environment
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the house, including coordinating schedules and delegating tasks to the team
- Deputise for the Houseparent in their absence, ensuring continuity of care and support
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and students
- Excellent administrative skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to supervise, encourage, and motivate staff and students
- Desirable: academic background and experience in a similar role
