Completions Specialist

About the Role
As a joint venture between four leading civil engineering and construction companies, EKFB brings together international, market leading expertise to deliver complex infrastructure projects. We are seeking a skilled Completions Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project managers, quality teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless handover, completion, and commissioning of projects.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to protect project delivery.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to notify changes to processes and procedures.
• Manage handover, completions, and commissioning policies, procedures, and guidance in the business management system.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and partners.
About the Candidate
• Degree-level qualification in civil engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project execution, handover, completion, and commissioning activities on major projects.
• Strong background in quality management systems, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Ability to drive efficient delivery and business improvement.
