Senior Quality and Completions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality and Completions Specialist to join our team at EKFB. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion and commissioning of our civil engineering works on the HS2 project.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Section Quality & Completions Manager to implement the quality and completions strategy throughout the construction phase.
- Collaborate with Senior Project Managers, Designated Individuals, and the Project Quality team to achieve commissioning, handover, and completion objectives.
- Monitor readiness using a 'T minus' approach to enable timely handover, completion, and commissioning.
- Assist with the technical review and close-out of ITP quality packs.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to notify any changes to the process, such as drafting Early Warning Notices and General Communications.
- Manage any H&C matters through the Project Level 1 and Route-wide Level 0 escalation process as required.
- Follow handover, completions, and commissioning policies, procedures, and guidance in the Business Management System.
- Establish and maintain effective and collaborative formal and informal relationships within the wider C23 Handover & Completions community and share best practice.
- Promote best practice and drive innovative solutions, business strategies, and project solutions.
- Degree-level qualification in civil engineering or other relevant field.
- Experience in project execution with a strong background in handover, completion, and commissioning activities on major projects.
- Experience in the management of QMS on major multi-disciplinary projects in the construction industry, with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in Network Rail AMP process.
- Experience in the Network Rail GRIP / PACE process.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
