Oaks Hospital is expanding its team and seeking an Operating Department Team Member to join our Theatre department. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care during surgical procedures. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in anaesthetics, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Key Requirements:
  • Current registration with the NMC or HCPC
  • Experience in anaesthetics, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including enhanced parental leave policies, private pension scheme, and cycle-to-work scheme.
