Primary Care Nurse

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Nurse to join our team at HMP Featherstone, located in Staffordshire. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be working with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide high-quality care to patients.
About the Role
This is a part-time position, working 30 hours per week, with an expectation to work 1 in 3 weekends. You will receive an annual salary up to £44,000 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team by bringing your top-notch clinical skills and passion for care.
- Undertake a wide variety of tasks including screening, assessments, examinations, and tests as well as answering emergency bells and potentially being the first person to attend an emergency.
- Develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.
Requirements
- Registered nurse - Adult
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
- Ability to work within a busy environment
- Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures
