Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure carers are trained to the highest standard
  • Support the branch team with auditing and compliance
  • Conduct risk assessments and spot checks with Care Assistants
  • Meet with customers to review care plans
