Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant looking for career progression to join our team as a Field Care Supervisor. Salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure carers are trained to the highest standard
- Support the branch team with auditing and compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and spot checks with Care Assistants
- Meet with customers to review care plans
