Care Rota Coordinator Domiciliary Care Specialist

We are currently seeking a well-established Home Care provider in Southport who require a talented Care Scheduler to join their team.
As a Care Rota Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with hospitals, GPs, social services, and families to ensure the best care for service users.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in domiciliary care and possess strong IT skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with hospitals, GPs, social services, and families to ensure the best care for service users
- Conduct assessments and reviews to maintain top care standards
- Manage on-call duties and weekend work on a rota basis
Requirements:
- Previous experience in domiciliary care
- Strong IT skills
- Exceptional organisational abilities
- Passion for delivering person-centred care
- Driving Licence and Transport: Must be a driver with your own transport
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
