We're seeking an experienced Resident Support Coordinator to join our team at Alveston Leys Care Home in Stratford-upon-Avon. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality support to our residents, working closely with the nursing team to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by mentoring and supporting junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.

About the role

  • Provide exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care that meets individual resident needs.
