You will work closely with tenants who may have complex physical or health needs, aiming to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored care and support. By promoting independence and encouraging personal development, you will make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

As a member of our team, you will benefit from full training and the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. We offer a range of benefits, including a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days annual leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS checks.
