About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team in Stratford-upon-Avon. As a member of our support staff, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch care and support to our customers, promoting their independence and well-being. The successful candidate will work across multiple properties in the area, working various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and sleep-ins.

What We Offer- Competitive Salary:£26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
