Territory Business Development Manager

BMS Performance is a leading FMCG company with a turnover of £20 Billion. We are currently seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Milton Keynes/Luton.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales growth. This role involves conducting store visits, providing retailer education on brand retention and merchandising strategies, and selling a range of FMCG products.
As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers within 3 channels: independent retail, grocery, and franchises/petrol stations. Your primary objective will be to upsell and develop strong relationships with business owners, their employees, stock controllers, and wholesalers.
BMS Performance offers a competitive package for sales team members, including a base salary of £37,000, plus £5,000 commission, fully expensed company car, fuel card, laptop, mobile phone, and a range of corporate benefits.
