About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at White Swan Data. As a key member of our executive management team, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our company.

About the Job

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the operations and activity of staff, designing and implementing practical processes around prioritisation, workflows, and systems. You will also assist in creating strategy and business roadmaps, plan and coordinate financial and business planning, and execute the annual budget process.

Responsibilities
  • Business Planning: Assist in creating strategy and business roadmaps to drive company growth.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the operations and activity of staff, including designing and implementing practical processes around prioritisation, workflows, and systems.
  • Financial Management: Plan and coordinate financial and business planning, and execute the annual budget process.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
Estimated Salary Range:

£120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
