Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to join our team at Oscar. As an integral part of our operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Assist with project management by tracking progress and deadlines
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and vendors
  • Support financial tasks such as budgeting and invoicing

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations or administrative support
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com (a plus)
