Job Title: Mental Health Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a leading SEN School in Horsham. The successful candidate will work closely with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing individualized support and guidance to help them thrive in a challenging environment.

About the Role:
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students with SEMH needs
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery to ensure students receive a tailored education
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school community

Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs

The school is located in Horsham, and having your own transport is highly advantageous.
