This role involves providing top-notch administrative support to our medical team, encompassing various responsibilities that promote seamless operations.

The successful candidate will be able to multitask effectively, maintain accurate records, and communicate efficiently with patients and staff members.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Provide exceptional patient care by greeting patients warmly, answering phone calls promptly, and addressing their queries in a professional manner
  2. Manage clinical rooms, reception, and waiting areas to ensure they remain clean, tidy, and well-maintained
  3. Restock information leaflets and other essential materials to facilitate patient education and awareness
  4. Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including hospital letters and lab reports, to maintain smooth communication
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths, illustrating a strong educational foundation
  • Showcase NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, highlighting expertise in healthcare principles and practices
  • Prioritize experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a GP practice, showcasing familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
  • Display excellent customer service skills, enabling effective communication with patients and colleagues
Remuneration Package

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), commensurate with industry standards for Medical Administration professionals in the North Trafford area.
