Civil Infrastructure Project Manager for Residential Developments - ALDWYCH CONSULTING LTD

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to design and deliver civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on residential developments. This includes designing drainage systems, highways, earthwork strategies, and utilities.

  • The successful candidate will lead the design of civil infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant Sectional Agreements, including S278, S38, S104, S106 etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver civil infrastructure projects for residential developments;
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development of designs, specifications, and tender documents;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • UK consultancy experience in civil infrastructure design;
  • Knowledge of industry standard software, such as Civil 3D, Site 3D, PDS, Micro/InfoDrainage, or Causeway Flow;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
