Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced accounts assistant to join our client's team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will have strong accounting and administrative skills, as well as excellent communication and organisational abilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Process financial transactions, including invoices and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate logistics, including shipments and transport routes
  • Communicate with customers and colleagues via email and phone

Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in accounts or administration
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work accurately under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £14-£16 per hour (DOE)

Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
