About the Opportunity

Nicholas Associates has an excellent opportunity for a Strategic Business Development Manager to be based in Warwick, UK. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a well-known, market-leading account.

As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our client's existing key accounts, serving as the main point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will lead and mentor a team of three direct reports.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of our client's business operations, products, and services, and be able to prepare, plan, and execute communications to existing key accounts. You will also attend events and exhibitions to network existing key account contacts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of successfully managing key accounts.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Experience of managing and developing large retail accounts (essential).
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building trust-based relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a company car/car allowance and benefits package. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, and the opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry.
