**Job Overview:**

Nicholas Associates seeks a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to lead and develop a well-known market leading account in Warwick.

This exciting opportunity involves managing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of direct reports, driving revenue growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts, experience of managing and developing large retail accounts, and strong interpersonal skills for building trust-based relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximise growth opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within each key account.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each account and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for the Photo category, providing insights and recommendations to help achieve our agreed business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance and production, to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives.
  • Monitor individual key account performance versus plan and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the Sales Director and the Management Team on account performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Management of two Key Account Managers and the Sales Support Coordinator.

Estimated Salary: £62,500 - £67,500 per annum, depending on experience.
