**Job Overview:**

DMA Recruitment Careers is seeking a highly motivated and personable Business Development Manager to join its dynamic team in Leamington Spa. This office-based role will focus on managing and growing an assigned portfolio of existing accounts, providing primary internal support to the Sales Director in advancing business opportunities and managing the account portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Engage regularly with customers and internal team members via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings.
  • Build strong relationships and rapport with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Director's activities on the road and the internal office systems to facilitate efficient account progression.
  • Accurately record customer requirements to translate them effectively into bespoke packaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.

**About the Role:**

This office-based position offers a salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus commission. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in initiating conversations with customers, and possess a strong ability to build rapport.
