About the Role: MBR Dental is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join their team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through effective sales strategies and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow annual revenue in line with agreed goals, leveraging strong sales skills and market knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead generation through targeted marketing campaigns and networking efforts to attract new clients.
  • Selling new clients on our standard terms and conditions, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent customer experiences.
  • Representing vendors' best interests in the sale of their dental practices, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Calculating dental practice valuations and developing go-to-market strategies to maximize returns.
  • Liaising with clients throughout the sale progress, keeping them informed and engaged every step of the way.
  • Attending trade shows and seminars to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Qualifying vendors and purchasers to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
  • Managing the end-to-end transaction process, from initial consultation to successful completion.
  • Accurate record-keeping in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records and reporting on key performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work full-time in the UK and reside in London or the South East of England.
  • Minimum three years' experience in B2B sales and/or mergers and acquisitions.
  • Valid UK driving license for frequent travel to client meetings and trade events.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to think strategically about business growth and development.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals (preferable but not essential).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Confident and well-presented individual, able to represent our company effectively in various settings.
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work as part of a team while also working independently and taking initiative when needed.
