Job Title: Customer Support Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Engineer to join our team as a Customer Support Service Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support to our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met, and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests and queries from clients.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Repair and replace damaged computer and network components, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Provide proactive operational monitoring checks daily, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Support clients with a wide range of technical issues, from Cloud solutions to cybersecurity and telephony.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their technical needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Travel to client sites as required, ensuring excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Field Engineer in an MSP environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in G Suite, Cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Valid driver's license, with a willingness to travel to client sites.
