  • Dispatch and control schedules for engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Liaise with engineers to ensure they are logged in to resource management and on target.
  • Monitor and chase engineers to meet SLA's and performance targets.
  • Work with engineers to ensure all relevant documentation is sent to customers and third parties.
  • Update CRM portal with eta's where applicable.
  • Provide first point of contact for scheduling support.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving issues in normal operations.

  • Experience with incident-based ticketing systems.
  • Working closely with the Customer Service Manager to develop process and best practice.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience working in an AV/VC technology arena.
