Harwoods Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Car Performance Manager to lead our multi-franchise used car team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing stock, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and action manufacturer communications to ensure timely and effective implementation.
- Manage the sales process journey, ensuring clients are updated and vehicle ordering is prompt and up to date.
- Support client journey through the used car sales process and provide aftersales support.
- Manage used car stock, maintaining and purchasing from approved sources to ensure PPU and financial performance.
- Ensure all used car processes are up to date and embedded.
- Work with the Executive Team to provide training and coaching on used vehicles.
- 3 years sales experience minimum.
- A year's experience in leading a high-performing team.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excel skills required.
- Well-presented and clear communicator.
- Time efficient and organised.
