Healthcare Assistant Position

At Oakdene Care Home, we're committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our close-knit care team, ensuring our residents receive personalized support and attention.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with their daily routines, from getting dressed to staying active, while encouraging them to make positive choices and remain as independent as possible.
- FOLLOWING AND SUPPORTING EACH RESIDENT'S PERSONALIZED CARE PLAN, PROVIDING HANDS-ON HELP AND THOUGHTFUL ATTENTION TO THEIR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.
- KeePing A CLOSE EYE ON RESIDENTS' HEALTH, COMMUNICATING ANY CONCERNS TO THE NURSE OR CLINICAL DEPUTY MANAGER, AND HELPING WITH CALLS TO RELATIVES OR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, pension, onsite parking, paid DBS, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).
