Community Living Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Specialist to join our team in Stirling. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with individuals living with various challenges, including mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and other disabilities.
About the RoleYour key responsibilities will include providing high-quality support to ensure individuals have a valued role in their community. This will involve:
Key Responsibilities- Social Support: Promoting independence and building strong relationships with individuals
- Medication Support: Safeguarding individuals with prescribed medication and promoting healthy habits
- Personal Care: Assisting with daily needs, including bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with healthcare professionals
- Practical Support: Supporting individuals with daily household tasks and errands
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an estimated starting salary of £26,500, anti-social hours payment of up to £1,209 for waking night shifts, enhanced mileage payment of 45p per mile, and more.
